🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (India)

• Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all domestic orders.

• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery within India usually takes 3–6 business days.

• Remote Areas: Deliveries to rural areas, Jammu & Kashmir, and the North-Eastern states may require additional time and may incur extra charges.

• Exclusions: We cannot deliver to PO boxes, military addresses, or redirect orders once dispatched.

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, special occasions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Each Anaagha piece is thoughtfully packaged in our signature boxes, ensuring it reaches you in pristine condition.

📹 Order Receipt Protocol

To ensure prompt resolution of any issues:

• Please record an unboxing video from the moment you receive your package.

• This video is essential for processing claims related to damages or missing items.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Anaagha is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

• Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities or government regulations.

• Payment authorization or product availability may affect dispatch timelines.

• For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Cancellation  Policy

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

• Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

• How to Cancel: Email us at support@anaagha.com with your order number and a request for cancellation.

• For prepaid orders cancelled within the eligible window, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

• Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

🔹 Orders Already Processed or Shipped

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• In such cases, please refer to our Exchange Policy for further assistance.

🔹 Custom or Made-to-Order Items

• Orders for customised, personalised, or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as they are created specifically for you.

🔹 Anaagha’s Right to Cancel

Anaagha reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances such as:

• Payment issues or incomplete transactions

• Unavailability of product

• Inaccurate shipping details
