✅ Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
You may request a return, exchange, or store credit if:

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• You are unsatisfied with your purchase (design, size, or fit).

⏰ Timeframe

• Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

• Beyond this period, we may be unable to process your request.

📦 Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All tags, certificates, pouches, and boxes must be returned intact.

• An unboxing video (from the moment the parcel is opened) is mandatory to validate claims of damage, defects, or missing items.

🔄 Process

1. Write to us at info@anaagha.com with your order number, unboxing video, and reason for return/exchange.

2. Our team will review and approve your request within 2 business days.

3. Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (for domestic orders).

4. After quality checks, we will process:

   • Replacement (same product if in stock), or

   • Store credit (valid for 6 months), or

   • Refund (only for eligible cases, see below).

🚚 Shipping Costs

• Domestic Orders (India): Anaagha will cover return shipping.

• International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

💸 Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only if:

  • The item is out of stock after your purchase.

  • An order is cancelled before dispatch.

  • A return is requested within 7 days and passes quality checks.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of return delivery.
